A: In HuskyMail, click Folders. At the bottom you will Subscribed and
Unsubscribed folder lists. Follow the HuskyMail help and subscribe to the ones
you want to see.

Q: I am using HuskyMail. I am over my quota and have
attempted to delete old messages, but when I try to delete them
I get errors.

A: Most email programs, including HuskyMail, will move
deleted messages to a Trash folder. These messages are stored
there until you specifically tell the program to delete them
once and for all.
In HuskyMail, in the Folders list along the left side, you will
see your subscribed folders. One of them is labled Trash,
which is where HuskyMail stores deleted messages. If you have
deleted messages in your Trash folder, you will see (purge)
next to the word Trash - clicking this link deletes the messages
in the Trash folder (you may have to click the "refresh folder
list" link at the top of the Folders list to see the purge link).
To set up HuskyMail so messages are deleted immediately, without storing
them in the Trash folder:
-
Click Options
-
In the Options screen, select Folder Preferences
-
Under the Special Folder Options listing, there
is a drop-down menu labeled Trash Folder. From
this menu select [ Do not use Trash ].
-
Click the Submit button at the bottom to save
your settings.
You can follow the same steps and select Trash from the
Trash Folder drop-down menu if you want to revert to
storing deleted messages in the Trash folder.

Q: I use Netscape Mail. I have many mail folders but see only Inbox.
How can I see my other mail folders?
|
|
A: Under the pulldown File menu, choose Subscribe. After a short lag, a
window will pop up listing all of your IMAP folders. Check the Subscribe column
for each one you want to see. Then click OK.

Q: I did all the steps to set up Eudora (or other mail program)
but I can't send mail. What should I check?
|
|
A: Do you have software which could be interfering? Certain Norton
system programs interfere with outgoing mail. Check your Norton
documentation for the settings to turn off outgoing mail scanning.
